Study:
- FYP: 5/10. Did some, but largely neglected.
- Dig Comm lecture notes: 7/10, gone through a significant part of it recently, but should have been more thorough
- Comm Nets revision: 3/10. At least I thought about it.
- Dig Comm lab (targeting to finish by this week, since it's due next Wed): Finished like in a night. 9/10
- Comm Nets project: 6/10. Started, but really need to get things going before it's too late
Overall score: 30/50. Better than last week, good that at least I have a foundation to work on.
Exercise;
- Running on the morning (unless I have football later): Tremendous games on Thurs and Fri, I'm just glad I'm alive. And we won =) 7/10
- I miss ping pong. But didn't do it at all! 3/10
Score: 10/20. I'm definitely playing ping pong this week.
Dieting:
- sleeping before 2: All except one day. 8/10
- NO MIDNIGHT SNAXXXX: 7/10 Again, all except that one night
- Less than 5 cans of caffeine this week: I think I made 5. 7/10
Overall Score: 22/30. Cool!
Life:
- DO THOSE FUCKING ERRANDS: Still haven't touched them. 3/10
- Talk to bro more. Oops. 3/10
- Call granddad once. Call dad once for crying out loud: Called grandpa. Nice to hear from him. 7/10
- Meet up with friends. I suppose I did a bit.. 6/10
- Take someone to listen to jazz music. I should've! 3/10
Overall: 22/50. Need to put more emphasis on this this coming week.
Now for this coming week:
Study:
- Comm Nets. A must!
- Dig Comm. At least start working on some tute sheets
- Comm Nets project: Try and finish it this week, or somewhere close
- FYP
Dieting:
- No midnight snacks. like NONE
- Less than 5 this week. (Monday included)
- Drink lots of water. And not miss any vitamin C tablets.
Exercise:
- Ping pong. Must thrash someone this week.
- Football. Must give 100% for at least 1 game this week.
- Swim at least once this week.
Life:
- PLEASE RUN THOSE FUCKING ERRANDS
- Go see jazz music with someone. ANYONE
- Call dad.
- Talk to mom once. Like initiate something.
- Meet an old friend.
- Do something nice for a friend. Like intentionally.
So yeah, it's been hard lately, dunno why I've been feeling really really weak this week... I really need something to motivate myself, dunno why things are looking down quite a lot this week.
